Watching it the first time through, should you watch the Lost episodes enhanced?
I’m beginning to watch the 4th season of Lost and I don’t know whether I should watch them in enhanced or not.
Does the enhanced part spoil any future events of the episode or further episode?
Will it ruin the episode; is it worth it watching it enhanced?

Don’t! There extremely annoying and distract you from the show, and they just basically state information from past episodes, and obvious stuff in the current episode. And the appear so much it ruins even the best episodes you start reading them and not watching the episode.
if you followed the first 3 seasons fine without any help, then you don’t need them anyway. One of them is like:
Enhancement: This is London.
*Two seconds later*
Character on the phone: "I’m in London now."
Ugh!

I would say no. It becomes annoying, plus you end up paying more attention to the pop-ups than to the show.
