If your computer is relatively new, it may have a hdmi out slot, in which case you could use a hdmi cable. If not, VGA to either VGA if your tv has a vga slot or vga to rca. HDMI transmits sound as well as video, the other cables would need an audio jack from the headphones to the tvs audio inputs for sound as well
