The setting is on a mysterious island that seems to be off the grid on the map. It started with the commercial passenger plane that was headed for Los Angeles from Sydney, Australia crashing right into the South Pacific island.
Each episode of LOST the TV show centers on each TV character with a primary storyline on the island and a secondary storyline on the his or her past. Created by Damon Lindelof, JJ Abrams and Jeffry Lieber, the LOST TV series were filmed on Oahu, Hawaii. If you guessed it correctly, no prize for you since the setting and environment should have given you some clues. Soundtrack was composed by Michael Giacchino.

The LOST TV series have survived 4 seasons and traditionally, by the time it hits the Season 2, the storyline would have been swayed towards another direction or the suspense would have been lost. However, you will be surprised to see the same flavor of intrigue in LOST TV series Season 2, LOST TV Series Season 3 and Season 4 holding out pretty well. Same amount of suspense, surprises and all the emotional setups and intertwining love relationship between Jack, Kate, and Sawyer.
In the LOST TV Series Season 3, Jack, Kate, and Sawyer were captured by the mysterious “Others”. Forced to live in captivity, they learn more of the island’s secrets and realize their enemies have an agenda of their own. Meanwhile, Locke is brought back into communion with the island as it wraps him closer into its own insidious plot. The show has announced it will run for three more seasons (A total of 6) of 16 episodes and end in 2010.
While it had cost ABC $10 million to produce, the TV show has proven to be one of its most successful commercial TV show.
